Faster than email
There is a feedback button at the bottom of the tool itself. It sends your message along with
the settings you were using — photo size, background engine, browser — which is
usually enough to find the fault without a single question back.
What to write about
- A photo came out wrong. Tell us the size you picked and what looked wrong — the edge, the crop, the background. A screenshot helps enormously.
- Paid but still locked. Send the payment reference or UTR. We will unlock it.
- A refund. See the refund policy first, then write.
- A size we do not have. Any size can be typed in by hand, but if a common one is missing from the list, tell us and it will be added.
Before you write about a rejected photo
Two things account for most rejections, and both are worth checking first: printing with "fit to page" instead of 100%, which quietly changes the size; and wearing glasses, which is not accepted for Indian passport photographs. The passport photo size page covers the rest.
