This policy explains what Shaileshkumar Mohanbhai Patel, trading as Online Passport Photo Maker, does with information when you use onlinepassportphotomaker.com.
Your photographs never leave your device
This is the important part, so it comes first. When you choose a photo, it is opened by your own browser and held in your device's memory. The cropping, the background removal and the A4 layout are all calculated on your phone or computer. The image is never sent to us, and we never see it, store it or have any way to retrieve it.
Closing the tab discards it. We keep no copy because we never had one.
What is collected

Who else is involved
- Netlify hosts the site and records standard server logs.
- Razorpay processes payments under their own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics counts visits. It sets cookies in your browser and tells us how many people came, roughly from where, and which pages they read. It is never told who you are, and it never sees your photograph. You can block it with any tracker blocker or by turning on "Do Not Track"; the tool works exactly the same either way.
- Google Fonts and public CDNs serve the typefaces and the background-removal library. Loading a file from them reveals your IP address to them, as with any website.
Nothing is sold to anyone. There is no advertising network on this site.
How long things are kept
Feedback messages are kept while they are still useful for fixing faults. Payment records are kept as long as tax rules require. Visit statistics are aggregated and hold nothing that identifies you.
Your choices
You can clear the stored unlock at any time by clearing your browser data for this site. To ask what feedback of yours we hold, or to have it deleted, write to hello@onlinepassportphotomaker.com.
Children
The tool is meant for general use. Photographs of children are frequently needed for passports and school forms, and since nothing is uploaded, such a photo is never transmitted to us either.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
