Questions

Does my photo get uploaded anywhere?

No. Cropping, background removal and the A4 layout all run inside your browser, so the photo never leaves your device. The optional rembg server mode is the only exception — and that server is your own computer.

How many passport photos fit on one A4 sheet?

Thirty at 35×45 mm with a 5 mm margin and a 2 mm gap. Stamp size 20×25 mm fits 91. You can also put different people and different sizes on the same sheet, and it spills onto a second page automatically.

Which sizes are supported?

Passport and visa 35×45 mm, US 2×2 inch, PAN and Voter ID 25×35 mm, form 30×40 mm, stamp 20×25 mm, China visa 33×48 mm, Canada 50×70 mm — plus any custom size in mm, cm or inches.

What resolution does my photo need?

For a 45 mm tall photo at 300 DPI the crop needs about 531 pixels of the original. The app shows that number live under the preview and warns you when it is short. Use the original camera file, not a messaging-app copy — those are heavily compressed.

Can I get it printed at a shop?

Yes. Download the A4 sheet as a 300 DPI JPG and ask for it to be printed at actual size / 100%, never “fit to page”, otherwise every photo comes out the wrong size.
