Try it before you pay
The first photo is free, watermark-free and full resolution, precisely so you can see the quality before spending anything. Please use it. If the result is not what you want, do not pay.
What you are buying
A one-time payment of ₹49 that unlocks unlimited downloads on the browser you paid from. It is a digital unlock and it takes effect immediately, which is why refunds are limited.
When a refund is given

When a refund is not given

| An office rejected your photo | Acceptance depends on their rules and on the photograph you supplied. The free first photo exists so you can check the result beforehand. |
| Printing problems | Paper, ink, printer settings and cutting are outside our control. Print at 100%, never "fit to page". |
| Cleared your browser data | The unlock is stored in your browser. Write to us with your payment reference and we will restore it rather than refund. |
How to ask
Write to hello@onlinepassportphotomaker.com with the payment reference or UTR number, the date, and one line about what went wrong. A reply usually comes within two working days.
How long it takes
Approved refunds are issued through Razorpay to the same method you paid with. Banks generally take 5 to 7 working days to show the money, and that part is out of our hands.
Payments from outside India
The charge is always made in Indian rupees. If your card was issued outside India, your own bank converts the amount and may add a foreign-transaction fee, so your statement will show a slightly different figure. That difference belongs to your bank, not to us, and we cannot refund it.
A refund goes back in rupees to the same card. The exchange rate on the day of the refund is rarely the rate on the day you paid, so the amount landing back can be a little more or a little less than what left. This is normal for any international card payment.
Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel. It is a single payment, not a subscription, and no money will be taken again.
