Terms of Use

Last updated 18 September 2026

By using onlinepassportphotomaker.com you agree to what follows. The site is operated by Shaileshkumar Mohanbhai Patel, India.

What the service is

A browser tool that crops a photograph to a chosen size, replaces the background, and lays the result out for printing — including up to about thirty photographs on one A4 sheet. All of it runs on your own device.

What it costs

The first photo is free so you can judge the quality before paying. After that a one-time payment of ₹49 unlocks unlimited downloads on that browser. There is no subscription and nothing recurring.

All charges are made in Indian rupees (INR). Cards issued outside India are accepted and are converted by your own bank at its own rate, which may carry a fee.

The unlock is stored in the browser you paid from. Clear your browser data, switch device or use a different browser, and you will be asked to pay again. If that happens, write to hello@onlinepassportphotomaker.com with your payment reference.

We cannot promise an official will accept your photo This tool helps you produce a photograph at the right size with a clean background. Whether a passport office, a bank or a college accepts it depends on their rules and on the photograph you started from — the lighting, your expression, your glasses, how recent it is. Rules also change without notice. Always check the current requirement of the office you are applying to. Payment buys the use of the tool, not a guarantee of acceptance.

Using it properly

Your own material

Your photographs remain yours. We claim nothing over them, and since they never reach us we could not use them even if we wanted to. The site's design, text and code remain ours.

Law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts of Gujarat, India have jurisdiction.
